29º 18'05.62" N and 94º 50'07.00 W. Property is located off of the GIWW alternate channel. Green channel marker number 3 is located approximately .7 nautical miles west of the pelican island bridge. Turn south at the marker and property is approximately .5 nautical miles ahead. Line up with the ranges on land. Property has 1000 feet of concrete bulkhead.

LAYDOWN
Newport Galveston offers over 30+ acres of stabilized, outdoor storage space. Laydown areas can accommodate a variety of equipment and materials and is adjacent to the waterfront for ease of unloading from any type of transport. All areas are fenced and secured, with excellent drainage and access routes.
SERVICES
Newport Galveston can assist tenants and customers handling a variety of cargo types. Affiliated companies are licensed and bonded operators at Newport and the deep draft port of Galveston located next door. A private rail spur serviced by Union Pacific is located on site and available for bulk and liquid cargo with
room for expansion.
